Value proposition review

We want to base our marketing plan upon a nonexistent (at least not that we are aware of) company which main activity is to import exotic meats from abroad and also buy sophisticated domestic meats ,and sell them to fancy restaurants and in some cases to some big names of the butcher/gourmet  sector  in the Mediterranean area it means that we will operate in the business to business market.

Our head office will be located in Denia which is about 100 km from Valencia  100 km from  Alicante  and is one of the main harbours to reach Balear islands.
This three areas will be our key markets.

We want to create a distribution channel that will be able to deliver our products  without breaking the cold chain and keeping the products under the same excellent conditions as if they were fresh.

Some of the meats  that we want to provide are still hard to find in the Spanish market but they are  already well known in other parts of Europe as England. Others are just marketed in very restricted areas of our country, during a very short period of time or both.
We want to overcome these problems and offer to restaurants the possibility to have an easy  access to  these premium meats all year round and avoid shortages on their stock.

We are not a traditional hospitality service . We do not provide of the regular products that any other food service can deliver .Our aim is to offer  always the latest ,most unusual and excellent  meat  products in the market  to our costumers

The kind of customer that comes to us  have a discerning palate and is looking for an especial product to surprise their consumers.
Our products are thought to be cooked by the chefs of the most demanding restaurants  and hotels  and therefore their guests will be experienced and conscious about  how quality tastes.

Our costumers will enjoy of the best quality  and fancy  meats, frozen from the farest countries of the glove as well as from the most secret parts of our  country , and we will  deliver our products  on time at the door of their business .

The needs, wants, and demands

As it is said before, we operate in the business to business market,so the needs, wants and demands the we shall take care of are not just those referred to our customers ,but also to the users of our customers.
